It is an ideal setting for spontaneous beach weekends, golf getaways, seasonal escapes or simply having your own place waiting for you whenever the coast calls. What makes this property truly special is its location. Baytowne Wharf currently features more than a dozen restaurants, approximately 15 retail shops and multiple nightlife venues--all within the Sandestin resort community. And when you are ready for the beach, one of Sandestin's most distinctive features makes getting there especially convenient. The resort stretches from the bay to the Gulf, with an underground tunnel beneath Highway 98 allowing owners and resort guests to travel between the bayside and beachside portions of Sandestin without crossing the highway at street level. For the golfer, Sandestin is a destination in itself, with four championship courses and 72 holes of golf, including Baytowne, Raven, The Links and Burnt Pine. Baytowne Golf Club is especially unique, extending from the beach side of the resort toward Choctawhatchee Bay. Days here can be as relaxed or active as you choose: morning coffee on your balcony, a round of golf, an afternoon on the sugar-white sand, time at the pool or fitness center, tennis or pickleball, followed by dinner, live music or a festival in Baytowne Wharf. Sandestin also operates resort transportation connecting destinations throughout the property, including the beach, Baytowne Wharf, golf courses and recreational amenities.
